During my time as a Marketing & Communications Specialist at Combined Insurance, I supported the company’s North American sales incentive programs by developing clear, engaging, and visually aligned marketing collateral. These brochures were designed to motivate and inform agents about program goals, qualification criteria, and rewards — including incentive trips and performance-based prizes.

I collaborated with the events and incentives teams to ensure each piece accurately reflected brand standards and delivered a consistent, motivating message across digital and print channels. My role involved coordinating with vendors, proofreading bilingual content (English and Spanish), and managing approvals through cross-functional collaboration.
